US 10/169 has a new exit 223, and the CR83 point needs to be moved.

Finally, on MN 101, 147thAve -> *147thAve.

In the case of the MN 101 point, it's not in use and was really only added because it was a RIRO on a limited-access route, so I opted to take it out entirely.
