The final section of A49 is announced to be opened in the first quarter of 2025 (
source). Since the Autobahn was supposed to be opened this fall, the official toll table (valid from 2025-01-01) does already indicate the new road plus B road dedications (
summary).

- Truncate B454 main route till A49's exit 18
- Reenter B454 remainder west of exit 19
- Add B62 branch from B62 to A49's exit 20

To do later when road number will be known:- Add route for former B454 between A49's exit 19 and east of exit 18
- Rename intersecting route wp labels: L3071, L3263, L3342 and B454
