DEU-RP B37Lud/B38Lud seems to have been demolished in the middle

Yep, the elevated bridge will be rebuilt by end of 2025 or early 2026. Keep as-is.

DEU-RP B52Her: does this need the suffix?

Yep, plain B52 is an alt label in use for A64.

Potential additions to deusf:
DEU-BW K3575
DEU-BW K9915
DEU-BW Paduaallee (Freiburg im Breisgau)
DEU-BY AIC25
DEU-BY NordTan (Würzburg)
DEU-By OstUmgAsc (München)
DEU-HE K47 (Calden)
DEU-HE KurtSchRing (Russelsheim am Main)
DEU-NI K92 (Wolfsburg)
DEU-NW K8 (Köln)
DEU-NW Plessingstraße
DEU-RP K6 (Koblenz)
DEU-ST EurCha (Halle)

And that should be it.

DEU-BB B246 seems to have been realigned at B96_N

No according to mauttabelle.de (2025-04-01 version = actual route log of the federal authority), Brandenburgviewer and "node map" (from the road authority). OSM changed it four months ago. I guess that it's the new main line - likely signed but meant as 'ToXXX' - but it doesn't say anything about dedication.

Potential additions to deusf:
DEU-BW K3575

No, it's a simple 2-laned road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/qqBbxrNvmz1G1tyC9

DEU-BW K9915

Just a short 2x2 section west of B10. Two grade-separated junctions on the route in total. But it does not connect to another TM route. The route would be 1.3mi if I'd extend it onto the 2-laned section up to the GSJ with K9911. Not adding. Albeit I would get a clinch since it's part of my way to the office....

DEU-BW Paduaallee (Freiburg im Breisgau)

Fair enough. 2x2 with 3 GSJs. Also extended a bit onto Tel-Aviv-Allee and Granadaallee.

DEU-BY AIC25

No, simple 2-laned road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/SEsYrT76UvNZMu52A

DEU-BY NordTan (Würzburg)

No, it's a simple 4-laned city street. It has GSJs but no median: https://maps.app.goo.gl/WssNGQjbkcd2eCwJA

DEU-By OstUmgAsc (München)

No, simple 2-laned road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YfAppZk1RTeRVvFf7

DEU-HE K47 (Calden)

No, simple 2-laned road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JdttDw6xjNnKMhWLA

DEU-HE KurtSchRing (Russelsheim am Main)

No median: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FbMAbf7yQbTC4LiZ8

DEU-NI K92 (Wolfsburg)

Fair enough. Fully 2x2 with median, 2 GSJs. Almost 2mi.

DEU-NW K8 (Köln)

I think I had it in HB but removed it because it's not access-controlled, doesn't connect to other TM routes, and since we had no traveler other than me. Anyway, adding again but up to L34 :D

DEU-NW Plessingstraße

I guess you mean the one in Duisburg. No interchange between the end points. The segment north of A40 has a different name.

DEU-RP K6 (Koblenz)

No. It is 2x2 with median. GSJs at both ends. Both ends with B roads in HB. But it's a city street i.e. within city limits. And it would have 0.33mi only.

DEU-ST EurCha (Halle)

No. Simple 2-laned road with some at-grade junctions and crosswalk. https://maps.app.goo.gl/gzRi6RKg1ENKiexb8 + https://maps.app.goo.gl/5uRpAwg6NyPz2QPYA
