Edit: According to wikipedia the extension from Székesfehérvár to Szolnok was submitted in 2011 and again in 2019. However, it was already on the 2016 road table. GM only indicated E66 up to M5 (coming from the west). I didn't find signs on GSV though. The 2019 proposal indicated E66 via M5 and M445 around Keskemet, not through Keskemet as we have. Sorry, I failed to find other sources :(

I was going to suggest Streetview, but as you say, there's no clues there (which is probably why they resubmitted in 2019 - they forgot they'd already done the extension as there was no evidence for it on the ground. I look forward to another proposal for E66 extension in 2027!) despite being pretty recent.
