NC: one US 64 Alt is missing

US 64 has an Alt route from Princeville to Williamston (too lazy to go find an official reference, but it’s on Wikipedia here). The file exists in NC/usausb/ but it’s named nc.us64altbet.wpt (missing leading 0) instead of nc.us064altbet.wpt so it’s not picked up in the Highway Browser.

The route was combined with the route coming east from Rocky Mount to be nc.us064altar
