I got the following error in my log file after my rlist was run yesterday evening:
QC: duplicate label MON in qc.oce (Preview system canvia: VIA Rail)

There are two points called "Mon" in the Quebec section of the Ocean route. I included "Mon" for the Montreal terminus of the route, but it looks like whoever put the data together also used the "Mon" abbreviation for the Montmagny station just east of Ile d'Orleans.
