NY US9 missing interchange

ManBlvd (south of I-90(6)) has a clear southbound onramp at least.

I think what is most important here is that the turn from Henry Johnson Blvd to Clinton Ave is added as a point.  Right now the line makes it looks like US 9 turns at the north end of US 9W onto Lark Ave.

I agree on this.  Beyond the poor positioning of the trace as it stands, it's also a common traffic pattern to leave/join US 9 from Henry Johnson Blvd, so it would be a useful point anyway.  I know a couple of my unranked traveler lists would use it for better accuracy.
