ON: Relabel SH658 point on ON 17/TCHLak?

In Kenora, there is a waypoint on ON 17/TCHLak labeled SH658. It looks on OSM, and our SH 658 route file, that SH 658 doesn't extend south of the ON 17A bypass of Kenora.

I think I had it that way, as previously there was still signage down to there.

That sign above was even moved (or completely replaced) in the most 'recent' GSV from 2018.

And there's still several other signs along the route between ON-17 & ON-17A.

This kinda makes me torn on how to play this.  Re-add SH-658 all the way down to ON-17, or just leave it ending @ ON-17A....

I mean, the most recent AADT still mentions this segment, but as 'NA' (Non Assumed).

The only thing I don't have to worry about, is any news entry, as the SH's are still in 'Preview'.
