Australia fixes

AUS-NSW M1Gra interchange between IluRd and ChaRd
A large part of AUS-NSW A1Cof is signed as M1, including the portion with at-grades south of GliWay_S but not north of TD18_Boa. The M1 signs seem to have been installed after a ca. 2015 widening/realignment south of B78.
AUS-NSW M1Kem interchange between TD10 and B56
AUS-NSW A1She interchanges between DonRd and QueSt (two), TD7_Ber and MerRd (three)

AUS-QLD A2 interchange between QLD80 and CroValeRd
AUS-NSW A9 realigned at ParkRd
AUS-NSW A15 interchanges between ThoMitDr and GleCrkRd (three?)
Does AUS-VIC A21 exist? All the signage I can find says M420.
AUS-TAS A9 realigned at Sorell
AUS-TAS A6 interchanges between C643 and GroRd (two)
AUS-WA N1: MenDr -> MenDr_S, add MenDr_N between CullRd and HunSouRd

Everything dealt with, save this
Does AUS-VIC A21 exist? All the signage I can find says M420.
It's a recent (late 2024) change that OSM had a while back, but wasn't quite what actually happened, which was to then route traffic away from Cranbourne on MR6 and the CA404 with the bit of A21 bypassed being B21. That means two A21s, all sorts of other shenanigans.

Yet again, Melbourne needs a shed loads of changes if the people who edit wikipedia and OSM are to be trusted. Experience suggests that - while they are normally correct - they are often early.

I get that they are transitioning to alphanumerical and that's going to be messy for TM, but they are slow at the conversion, don't have a public plan of the numbers (and often change the planned numbering between telling the people who make the street atlas, and putting the signs up - or even not putting the signs up), and the numbers are too random to provide a sanity check.

There's a reason that Victorian systems were avoided for review.
