So I went for a drive in Grant County the other day, and I noticed some point names were missing county road designations. I've been adding county road networks throughout SD in OSM, and was planning on calling all of these out across the state once I was done, but no harm in starting now I guess.

CR11 -> CR11/24

SD 109:
482ndAve -> CR4
US 12 (just east of the interstate):
CR29 needs to be recentered to the east

CR7 needs to be recentered to the west
148thSt_E needs to be recentered to the east

482ndAve -> CR35 (and needs recentering)
CR37 -> CR39
