AR: AR915-1A signed as AR915-1

I was doing some checks of field signage when adding the Marine Fuel Tax route shields for usaar and noticed that what we have as AR915-1A is signed in both directions on AR95 as just AR915-1. It does appear that this was changed between 2015 and this year, since all previous GMSV captures show AR915-1A.
