US 136: I did not see shields for CR17 and CR5. (also affects IL 110 and IL 336)

IL 48:
1. Consider removing the shaping point north of IL105.
2. Consider replacing the shaping points south of IL32 with visible points.

IL 97:
1.  Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
2. NewSal>-NewSalRd or LinNSRd. (also affects IL 123)
3.  AthBla>-AthBlaRd

IL 121: IL105_N>-IL105_E
