A few days ago, a new bypass opened around the Green Bay Packaging Corp. plant in Conway County near Oppelo. This was brought up in a previous minute order, but AR154 now ends at AR9 in Oppelo, and AR113 ends at the Conway/Perry County Line.

AR154 at AR9 in Oppelo, this was previously signed both ways (GSV should reflect this)
