CT: CT 10 South End

I was looking at SR 745 making edits to the AARoads Wiki, and noticed that CT 10 extends to SR 745 at Kimberly Ave now south of I-95 including southbound signage on the I-95 NB offramp though not from Kimberly Ave.

Huh. The southbound exit ramp from I-95 also shows CT-10 extending south.

Something interesting there, is there's a set  of 'CONN' I-95 shields there too!
