ID: US-30 broken multiplex with I-84

The "I-84(25)" point in US-30's file doesn't have the same coordinates as I-84's Exit 25 point.  Thus, it breaks the multiplex in the area between both routes.

I'd just copy the I-84 location into US-30's file, that way, it will also not break the graph connection at that exit with ID-44.
