PRT: Urbanos changes

prtpu Porto system has one new service: "Ovar<> Porto São Bento < > Leça do Balio" (I traveled that today and be happy if we could get that into RB soon)
prtlu Lisboa system has one less now: "Linhas Sul" disappeared
Coimbra new system with one service: "Figueira da Foz < > Coimbra"

Linha de Leixões (LnLei) has been added

It's still there, but CP don't run it, so don't have timetables. It's still part of the system (in part because I deliberately didn't add CP to the name) 'Urbanos de Lisboa'. eg Wikipedia includes the line in templates and maps relating to 'CP Urbanos de Lisboa'

Well yes, because, as I said, it's not a CP line. You'll have noticed that all the maps and diagrams on that page include the Linha do Sul urban service.

wikipedia has an article about Linha do Sul: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linha_do_Sul It runs all the way to Algarve....

And the urbanos services with that name don't go anywhere near as far south and the intercity / interregional services on that line don't refer to the line name.

I could make a separate system, but there was a lot of moaning about too many systems, hence why I included it with the CP routes.
