SD: SD 115/I-229 BL broken concurrency (Sioux Falls, SD)

There's a weird concurrency error on SD 115/I-229BL in Sioux Falls between I-229 and 18th Street. I think the reason for this is because SD 115 has a point at 26th Street but I-229BL does not. Just something I happened to notice.
