Also, US40HisFai (Fairfield CA) definitely is signed east of Air Base Parkway, all the way to I-80.

Does Historic 66 (St Louis) follow I-44 between exits 261 & 264, or the frontage road? The map at this link makes it look like it's on the interstate between exits 261 and 277A, which would mean it's missing the shaping point that I-44 (and US 50) have for that segment.

Looks like there's another broken concurrency with Business 44 in St Robert, between I-44 exit 159 and the Business Spur to Ft Leonard Wood, and another one along Business 44 in Springfield just west of MO 13.

Bumping previous comment. Is si404 maintaining the usaush routes in Missouri, or Highway63?

I had left it for Highway63 to do as this stuff normally gets done, and there's the syncing with someone who doesn't use GitHub if I change files issue, but here we go - I've removed the offending points from US66HisStL.

Thanks for making the adjustments. I found a few more on a recent trip.

US66HisMan follows Old Manchester Rd between SR OO and Fox Creek Rd, and then follows Manchester Rd between Woodland Meadows Dr and the Manchester Rd/MO 100 junction in Wildwood.

Heading eastbound, US66HisStL gets from Langston Hughes (Broadway) to Florida via St Louis, Euclid, and Utica. Also, the segment between MO96_E and MO96 appears as concurrent to MO 96, so it needs a shaping point (maybe a visible point at the CR 2062/SR N junction) to keep its trace distinct.

Yesterday, I took Temescal Canyon Rd from Lake Elsinore to Corona, to avoid some bogged traffic on I-15. When I got into Corona, I started seeing nice new Historic Route 71 signs. After poking around in GSV, I found that the signs are fairly sparse, but there is a respectable number of them. Since we have Historic Route 49 signs in a couple of towns, perhaps this should be added too.

Also worth noting: The signpost entering from the west also lists Historic Route 18 and Historic US Route 91. The signpost entering the city limits from the east lists those two but of course not 71. I don't know if it's appropriate to add Historic Route 91 just because of two signs in one city, though.

Compare those brown signs to the green Historic 49 signage in Mokulumne Hill and San Andreas.

Hoo boy, this is a fun one. Not a normal signed route, but equivalent to historic US Highways. If we had a state scenic byways system, I'd toss this in there, but we don't.

Historic 91, I can throw in the existing system for historic US routes later this week. That's pretty straightforward. 18 and 71, we'll need to think about how to best classify. I don't want to make a system for 2 routes, but if there's a reasonable grab bag system they'd fit in...

Hmm. Those look like Caltrans signs, but the old routes aren't listed in their road inventory, and they don't have the usual brown or black historic route signs along their length.

They'll always find ways to confound whatever definition of "historic route" we come up with.
