Title: MN: I-35W Exit number "recalibration"

Per a post on AARoads (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=6510.msg2628988#msg2628988), MnDOT has changed a few exit numbers on I-35W around I-694.  If we follow our SOPs, here is what the changes to the I-35W list would be:

26 --> 26A
27 --> 26B
28A --> 27
28B --> 28A (not in the AARoads post but visible on MnDOT traffic cameras)
28C --> 28B

The problem comes in that someone is currently using the "27" waypoint, which will change locations under the completed exit renumbering.  Yakra, could you work your magic to determine who this affects?

Is there a new process for handling that?  Or is it something you could take care of when I submit the pull request?

No process really.

When I open the pull request, I just @mention all the GitHub travelers affected, so they get a notification.
A description of what's changed, why they were flagged, is useful. (I've mainly been using this script (https://github.com/yakra/tmtools/blob/master/shell_scripts/whouses.sh) for the MA exit renumberings, so I figure that's obvious enough from context.)

Pull request submitted.  Formulaone, you should be good to fix your list as this'll go live with the next site update.

Yakra, can you add anyone currently using the I-35W(28B) point on mn.us010 to the Github notification?  That point is also "currently in use" and will be affected by this exit renumbering.

I also forgot to include this in Updates when I submitted the pull request.
