Looks like according to this post, the portion of US85 from Fountain to its random end at a bridge in the Springs is now being signed as CO85.

Presumably we move US 87 as well.

I guess I wasn't aware that US87 was concurrent with US85 there and not just saying with I-25.

So for US 87 in Colorado, I set it to follow the last AASHTO route description (there was a discussion about this I vaguely remember), which follows the "off-interstate" routing in Colorado Springs/Fountain. Don't really care if it moves back to the interstate.
I saw that Facebook post (was going to make a topic about it, but was otherwise distracted with my second child), and I'm fine with moving US 85 to I-25 and making a CO 85 route that ends at B Street (or the railroad bridge, whatever). I thought the state maintenance actually ended at the interstate bridge, but signage trumps that IMO. In everyone's opinion, would using an end point of "VenBlvd_N" just south of the railroad bridge work?
EDIT:
Wait what lol: US 85/87 New Mexico style! If that's the name of the road south of there as well, then it's a valid label.

Just pointing out that there's zero US85 or US87, on 2023 GMSV, around Walsenburg where the US highways take I-25BL rather than I-25.
I don't believe that means any change, just pointing out that there's no signs saying it takes the business loop (though there's no signs saying it's on the Interstate).

Yup, since there's no signage whatsoever I didn't think it was a big deal to move them off-interstate.
