CouLn -> maybe shift this point to the west over to SR-642 (Viewtown Road)?  Seems to be a more reasonable point than a small road into a mobile home park.  That or shift east to SR-730 (Indian Run Road).  Either option would require the 'CouLn' label to be hidden under it, as it's in use.

If CouLn is in use, perhaps it should remain as-is...?

Only Kevinmc (a regular updater) is using it and the segment is from CouLn to Warrenton. Moving it to SR 730 to the east would be harmless then with CouLn as an alternate label.

Your pull request has just been merged. There is a commit from Friday but the pull request was submitted five hours ago. All should be fine now.

Yeah, I resubmitted after figuring out the issue with the button (I'm not used to submitting anything with more than one commit, so that's usually populated automatically for me).  Not sure what happened Friday.  I remember going through the screen where it compares the changes for the .list file, but somehow the pull request never made it through that day.

This reminds me of the Albany Skyway project where we ended up doing nothing based on how US 9 NB was rerouted.  I definitely would not put the point in the center of the post office, but I could see moving the Elkhorn Ave point between Moraine Ave and Ivy Street.

Adding a point on US 36 at the roundabout at the south end of the loop could be useful just to split the difference there.

I was poking around and noticed a new sign for A126 at the west end of Antenne de Chilly-Mazarin. Only found the one though, so it is possible that it could be an error and the intention is to leave it unsigned.

Either way, the point at D36 here needs to be recentered, due to the reconfiguration of the intersections here.

Well, we have a similar issue to this over in NY, where both two routes are on separate carriageways: I-90 & US-219

The difference here is that, as far as NYSDOT is concerned, US 219 ends at the north end of the C/D road. The Ridge Road exit is officially off of US 219, reference markers reflect this, and US 219 has an END assembly at the merge. There is no official record of US 101 extending south of the currently mapped endpoint.

I still don't like that as if you're doing a full clinch of the southern end of the 101, you're driving down the entire 'unnumbered' portion (which was historically the 101 before the 5 was around), and you're relying on the 5 to count this clinch, when the 5 doesn't even have access to Euclid, a US 101 exit.

Also, as I mentioned in the original post, Euclid DID have a US-101 exit number (Exit 1) posted till the sign was either mowed down in a wreck, or was stolen, as the pole is still there partially till this day.

Yes but it is not fully posted…

East of Knoxville there is a segment of US 11E, US 25W, and US 70 (which run 3 directions), where TN 168 EB runs concurrently with it in the west direction to the nearby I-40 interchange. When the interstate was done they moved US 25W onto it and included TN 9. US 11E-70 had no state designation so they extended TN 168 on a wrong way overlay to give it one.
