new freeways:
Atlixco-Huejotzingo
Autopista Atizapán-Atlacomulco
Autopista Cuapiaxtla-Cuacnopalan (portions open and mapped; no number on km posts but signs at both ends say 136D)
Autopista Jala-Puerto Vallarta (portions open and mapped as 70D and 200D)
Autopista Mitla-Tehuantepec (portions open and mapped as 190D)
Autopista Oaxaca-Puerto Escondido (portions at each end seem open but not yet signed as anything)
Autopista Tepic-Compostela
Autopista Tuxpan-Tampico (south half open and mapped as 180D)
Libramiento Sur de Tuxtla Gutiérrez (mostly open and mapped as 133D, but an extension may be under construction?)
Macrotunel Acapulco (extension east of 200)
short connection at Palmillas, extending 47D to 45
Southeast extension of M1610 at Monterrey (completed but need info on how it's signed)

federal highways:
200 Alcholoa bypass (seems almost complete but not yet open)
200 Cacalutla bypass (seems almost complete but not yet open)

unknown:
southwest from 187 at Francisco J. Santamaria to 145D (may have been completed)

completed and mapped:
Autopista Cardel-Poza Rica (complete and mapped as 180D north of Laguna Verde; more may be planned but doesn't seem to be under construction)
Autopista Eje Metropolitano
Autopista Pirámides-Texcoco
Autopista Toluca-Naucalpan (134D)
Libramiento Poniente de Acapulco (200D)
Libramiento de Villahermosa (180D)
Connections to Felipe Ángeles International Airport
