9B -> I-880 (no exit number posted, but number is technically assumable, due to 9A being posted @ McCarthy Blvd)
10 -> MainSt (no exit number posted)
11 -> I-680 (no exit numbers posted for it)

All of those exit numbers in the HB are officially assigned by Caltrans, in the CalNexus exit number tables. I know we are not supposed to be inventing exit numbers, but here the numbers were invented by Caltrans. It was (and still is) my view, when I redrafted usaca, that we should follow what Caltrans says, even for exit numbers that haven't yet been posted.

This is not the only route with officially assigned but unposted exit numbers. I think we have better things to be doing than to chase them all down.

I'm with Oscar on this. If the number is official and Caltrans is slowly posting numbers as they get around to it, we can assume it'll eventually get posted.
