I traveled much of the new I-57 in Arkansas this weekend, and I can confirm the following:
- I-57 is signed consistently with pullthroughs and trailblazers from I-40 to AR 440, and from AR 38 in Cabot to at least AR 14 in Newport. There are also exit numbers in these sections.
- I-440 is not signed yet from I-57.
- I-57 is not signed between AR 440 and AR 38 owing to construction in Jacksonville and Cabot.
I don't know exactly how y'all would want to proceed with marking I-57, given that the construction that converts US67/167 to I-57 will not be done until next year. I suppose you could put the entire route into usaif, but I think it would be better to put the two disparate signed segments into usai.
