WV: WV-10 reroute in Logan, WV

The new route is already in OSM (though could use some tag cleanup).  Also, OSM says the old route is now 'WV 210'.  If that's true, is anybody going to be in that area soon that could get some proof?  This would be a second WV-210 if true, the other one is in Beckley.

The old route as far as known for now, is now only CR-210/25 per post @ AARoads.  Which means the 'southern' end of WV-17 now is at a non-WV route unless it was extended.  No proof on that yet, so, will cross that bridge when it's time and evidence shows itself.

Per this WVDOT document, WV 17 appears to be in line to be extended across the river to the new WV 10 location - http://transportation.wv.gov/highways/Highways-Projects/WV_Rt_10/Documents/WV10-Status-11302009.pdf

WV 17 connector is shown in their STIP (bottom of pg. 29) - http://transportation.wv.gov/highways/programplanning/STIP/Documents/Stip_16_21/DSTIP.pdf but it appears this may not be done until 2021-22...

If I had to guess WV 17 would be it would be extended along old 10 to Logan.  However, this youtube video suggests that has not happened yet -

That's what I thought would happen myself.  But I'm guessing that WVDOT is doing what it did with WV-480 where they didn't extend it to the new rerouting of WV-9 when it was moved to a freeway several years ago, and kept it ending at the old road (which is now WV-115 after that route was recently extended).
