NC I-285: new route - not in browser (not yet implemented)

It already is in the browser, but as a 'Future' Interstate.

GA US341: relocation at Perry - not in browser (not yet implemented?)
GA US341 Byp (Perry): deletion - still in browser (not yet implemented?)

I just drove I-75 through south Georgia yesterday and today and can confirm that signage has changed on the I-75 BGSes. Exit 138 is now signed as US341 and GA11ConPer, and Exit 136 is signed as just GA7 (yes, a standalone segment of GA7 without a US route!).

Routings should, I expect, be the same as what's now shown on GDOT's Houston County map, though I'm not sure what's going on with GA11BusPer (though that's a matter for the in-development usaga system).

If nobody checks it out sooner, I can look at 11B when I pass through in February.

GA US341 Byp (Perry): deletion - still in browser (not yet implemented?)

I drove through Perry today. What had been the bypass route is now the US 341 mainline. IIRC, US 341 signage has disappeared on the old route through downtown Perry (at least the part I drove, east from the west end of the bypass to Main Street in Perry, at which point I got lost trying to follow the route since there was no signage to point the way.

August 2019 GMSV shows the AASHTO approval had not yet been implemented, but I think it now has been.

I'll do some more digging (such as local press coverage) once I get home in a few days.

It looks like US 311 signs are finally being removed this month.

EDIT (2-15-2021):  I-285 was done here (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2803.0).

The truncation of US 311 back to Winston-Salem is happening. Chris Curley posted on the SERoads Facebook page.

I just do not understand why it takes NCDOT a year to remove US 311 from signage while MA can renumber exits on I-95 within a few weeks.

What do you expect?  It took NCDOT ages to sign the first extension of US-311 beyond US-220 several years ago.

Virginia Beach says hi.  VA 305 remained signed for 54 years after it was decommissioned.

GA US29: relocation at Lawrencville - not in browser (not yet implemented?)

I just drove the route of the approved relocation earlier today. US 29 route signage has not been moved to the new alignment.

Eth, on the aaroads forum, lives in that area and would know when the relocation is implemented.

Yep, that's just one county over from me. Local news recently had a story about the elimination of the one-way pair on Clayton/Perry streets on (former?) GA 20 adjacent to current US 29 through downtown, though it doesn't sound like they've gotten wind of the pending US 29 changes yet.

This was done.

IN I-69: extension over IN37 from current end to IN39 - not in browser (not yet implemented)

I think we can consider this done.

IN US421: relocation at Madison (also IN56) - not in browser (not yet implemented)

It looks like this can be done in the HB now.

The US 12 removal in Gary IN is a temporary measure, to make way for transit improvements. A new alignment for that part of US 12 (mostly on US 20, but with a short connector between US 20 and the rest of US 12) will be completed later this year or next, with a separate application to cover that reroute.

I could not find the US 12 application for this meeting or any for a future meeting so I am unsure of the status on this.

MI US131 Bus (Grand Rapids): deletion - still in browser (not yet implemented?)

It's still signed from US131 southbound (I was unable to see the sign northbound) as well as along the existing route. On Oakes St, where it used to turn south onto a street now eliminated to make way for a large mixed-use development, it simply disappears. It does not appear to be signed at the end of the northbound ramps from US 131.

Not sure how to handle the south end.

This one was done.

WY US14: relocation of North Sheridan interchange - in browser as US14 bus - need to double check
WY US87: relocation of North Sheridan interchange - in browser as US87 bus - need to double check

This was pre-done as noted.

So beyond mapmikey finishing the truncation of US 311 in NC and then mapcat relocating US 421/IN 56 in Madison, the only other thing is to clarify the status of US 12 in IN.

I did find US 12 at the bottom of the overall list.

I did find this document from April 2020 on the US 12 relocation onto US 20 and the new connector east of Lake St.  I am not sure of any updates after this though the connector may be under construction now.

A new thread on IN 56 in Madison has been created where I mentioned the US 421/IN 56 changes:  https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=4514.0.
