Probably makes sense to have a point for VA97 or close for the Blue Ridge Parkway. While VA97 doesn't have direct access to the parkway, a very short drive southwest down SR608 basically provides it. Not that I keep up on point naming rules, but I noticed a couple of SR608 points already....maybe a ToVA97 point?
