No, the official LBM map, OSM and GM have it. Only the geoportal does not indicate it. The main focus of geoportals is usually not on road dedication. I only rely on them when there is no other source.

It was B271 but I've removed it, see update entry from 2019-04-06. Source: mauttabelle.de. There are news articles from July indicating that L516 (former B271) is being renovated. L516 added.
