Clinched Routes Highway Shields

There is a bit of an issue where the blue "Scenic Route" banner shows up instead of the white "Scenic" banner for MD US40ScePin on clinched.php for users who have clinched both a usams Scenic Route and US40ScePin. I think tonight's pull should fix that.

Batch 10:
 - ausm, ausa, ausab, aussf, ausr, ausxxxb, ausxxxc, ausxxmr, ausxx (State), and ausstr: Added shields and code.
 - argsf: Added shields and code, including special shield for RP314.
 - argrn: Added shields and code.
 - dnkmot, finmt, and normot: Added shields and code.
 - nzltr: Changed template to match font used.
 - zaff, zafn, and zafr: Added shields and code.
 - korex: Added shields and code using Clearview instead of Panno, since I don't feel like paying for a font.
 - usaga: Added shields for GA520 and GA520BusAlb, since they are green instead of black.
 - frapdlm44: Added shields and code, since these have black on white shields instead of the typical white on blue fraxxxmxx shields.
 - asiah: The current shields are not so good looking, so I replaced them with the design shown on the system-wide page for each route on Wikipedia. Tough since there seems to be a different shield for each country. Furthermore, I won't be adding shields for the single country in-development and preview systems, since they will eventually be merged into the single system.

And what the heck, I made a giant "extrawide" shields for the generic case that should fit route numbers (or names) up to 11 characters long.

There's a mistake in the most recent batch. Ausvicmr should have the same type of shield as ausqld and auswa, not the shield used by ausqldmr.

Also, a suggestion for zaff: Should we make the "shields" blue instead of green? Blue signs are exclusively used for motorways in South Africa, and every freeway in zaff (except CurNdlHwy, which should stay green I guess and may one day be removed from zaff if we ever draft the Durban metropolitan routes) is a blue-signed motorway.

(And I love that you added the pentagonal and diamond shields for zafn and zafr, even though they've more-or-less been phased out, since those routes don't really have proper shields anymore.)

Thanks for letting me know. I incorrectly assumed that Metroads and Metropolitan Routes were synonymous. I'll have that fixed tonight.

I was just blindly going off what Wikipedia shows. That's a shame that they are getting rid of the shields. They look much nicer than just the route number "floating in space." Anyway, I'll change zaff to blue to match signage.
