The points for VA 237 should be E and W instead of S and N.

Well I must have missed that one.  VA 237 has become even more pointless than I already thought it was.

FWIW, today I saw remnant VA 237 signage on Fairfax Dr., one at the VA 120/Glebe Rd. intersection coming off I-66, the other in the Virginia Square area east of Glebe Rd.

I just found remnant VA 237 signage at US 50.  I do not know what to make of it.  Maybe we should have kept VA 237 the way it was like we have kept VA 244.

My understanding was that VA 244 was truncated for a planned streetcar project, and the truncation was undone when that project was canceled.

As for the supposed 120/237 overlap and points east, there is other 237 signage, including on state-maintained 120 (especially at the Glebe Rd./Fairfax Dr. intersection), where VDOT could and should have removed the remaining 237 signs.

As of yesterday, the VA 237 signage at and east of VA 120 is still there.  I think it is better signed there than between US 29 and VA 120.
