Separate 6A & 6B points make sense here, but I don't think it's necessary to make a connection to DE 48 since there is no interchange with that. Are you considering the on-ramps from the end of MLK Blvd to be a connection to DE 48?
Yeah, Seems like 4, 9, and 48 each deserve their own connections here.
