FYI, those are the same old signage locations from when DE 30's original ending was at BUS 1, which predates the DE 1 interchange at DE 30/Wilkins Rd (ca. 2014). Given the nuances of the Delaware highway system (virtually every public road outside the cities is DelDOT-maintained), it doesn't surprise me that the signs are still there.

Because of this, I would suggest switching DE 30 back to ending at DE 1.
