WI US 18 around Waukesha

The route according to a local (GeekJedi on AARoads) is now open along the Les Paul Parkway and a new alignment along CTH TT.  I intend to do a field check tomorrow (12/24)

Route is open, fully signed, and all at-grade.  OSM already has it updated and from a visual and driving feel the site's accurate.  There are still some places under construction near the junction with WIS 318 but 1 lane per direction is open there and the US 18 route markers were posted on it.  18 follows the existing Les Paul Parkway (fully signed) around the city from where it meets WIS-59.  The recommended waypoints for users I have are at Madison Street and Sunset Drive (CTH DE).  CTH TT no longer exists (I-94 now says TO US 18 at exit 291.) and Merrill Hills Road is stubbed around the new road.

And to tie up a loose end, there's a WI 318 marker at its intersection with US 18/Summit Avenue. So US 18's not-in-use CRTT_Wau label can be replaced with WI318 (that waypoint could also be recentered).

I saw the 318 marker last month, on what turned out to be a futile effort to finish off US 18 in Wisconsin. With the weird US 18 signage in the Waukesha area, I'm not shocked that clinch didn't last long.

The updated route file, now in the HB, has duplicate coordinates for MainSt_W and MainSt:

I suggest deleting MainSt_W.

I'll go ahead and update my list file, to use MorBlvd as the western endpoint of my traveled part of US 18 east of downtown Waukesha.

Also, WI164_N => WI59?
