AZ: I-10 (Exit 211), AZ 84 (Eloy), and AZ 87

It looks like the I-10 Exit (211) interchange has been completely redone.

GSV is not fully updated, but I am convinced that AZ84Elo should be removed with AZ 87 taking over this part based on signage.

as well as on a straightened I-10 between mileposts 209 and 213 that now offers three lanes in each direction.
