Per field check yesterday evening. So this should be removed from the HB (may want to hold onto the .wpt in case we decide to map the unsigned routes in the future though).

Can't believe this fell through the cracks! If we end up including unsigned routes I can probably just re-map the route (it's not that hard especially since it's straight). As such, if there's no objection I'll axe this from the HB the next time I do a highway update.
