Should 57 be 58A?  I saw no evidence that Exit 57 is posted.

An interesting case. Technically, there is no exit 57.  Per the official exit list from GDOT, US 41/US 19 is part of the larger exit 58 with I-75.  But, how would a user show they exited highway at US 41 rather than I-75 without either an exit 57 (conforms to mileage and old exit number before collector ramps added) or a made up exit 58A?

Agree with kjslaughter. It's a full interchange in its own right, just sharing the C/D roads. No changes to be made here.

Our exit labels don't always exactly match what's posted in the field, due to things like this.

I guess it is not really a concern if it was Exit 57 previously.  I really wish they would have done something like this instead.
