NY: NY125 Heathcote Bypass

Any interest in including this? Driving NB, there is signage for a distinct bannered route, with vanilla NY125 signage on the main route, but SB there is no signage.

I was also unsure if route this fell into the same problem that NY truck routes pose, so if that's the case, ignore this.
