Okay. No action required until someone confirms that it's open (and signed). I might be in the area in August but I'd appreciate a heads-up if it opens earlier than that. Can't find a project end date on the DOTD more exact than "late 2021".

LA 1267 wasn't open when I drove by in early April.

Based on this article, it won't open until the DOD finishes their new base gate in 2025.

Just a little note but I can't find a lot of recent sources about this route, although I just happened to discover this while working on my highway database project.

This is a relatively short route at the interchange of I-20/I-220 to the north entrance of Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City. LADOTD themselves mention the ribbon cutting ceremony from February 2023 in this article, so does KSLA, and the project looks like it's almost completed based on recent GSV and satellite imagery from Google Earth, and driving by this interchange back in May. I just don't know when it's expected to open.

I should mention that this route is already signed even though it's not open yet. I don't know why this route would be signed well before it's expected to open but it beats me. I'll likely try to go here on a day trip when it opens up.

There are signs on I-20, but the route won't be open until the air force base finishes their new north gate.  Last I checked, that's supposed to happen some time this year.
