ALB: A1/SH5/E851 near Kukës

OSM indicates A1 extending up to the border with Kosovo. With a small gap west of Kukës though. GM also indicates A1 on concurrency with SH5 and E851. I don't know if it is already signed as motorway or not. However, OSM indicates new GSJs which are confirmed by Google aerials. Mínimum those should be added to SH5 and E851 shortly.

Where's the GS? They are just RIROs.

OSM has always been bullish on having the A1 - it was like that when I last looked a while back, but I found no evidence that it was actually A1, as well as evidence that it was still SH5. Leaving it as SH5 until evidence to the contrary

Where's the GS? They are just RIROs.

Well, full freeway interchanges just w/o underpass or overpass. I'd add the two 2wps north of FusMam wp.
I didn't notice yesterday, that there is also a half-interchange at the rest area south of FusMam wp where one can leave and enter A1.
And another thing, is south end fine? I mean, there is no junction (anymore). Should we move south end to the roundabout? The motorway signs already was there back in 2016.

Nonetheless, I will likely travel the road after summer. I'll report
