Seems to be just a 'glorified' U-Turn for Emergency Vehicles only and not accessible to the public.

And, if we're going to keep it, it really should be '211' if anything, as the 211 MM is right overtop of it.

Since the Eisenhower Tunnel U-turns are in there as "I-70_U1" and "I-70_U2", I propose either renaming it "I-70_U3" or just turning it into a shaping point, I'm fine with either.

Thanks for noticing all these btw, I'm slowly going through Colorado and Montana when I have time (which is minimal lately lol).

I would say go with a hidden shaping point for this one, mainly because it looks like the ones @ the Eisenhower Tunnel can be legally accessed (especially since StreetView has pictures of 'U2').
