The western terminus of NY418 in the HB is currently too far to the west. The CR4 point needs to be
relocated to approximately
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=43.481356&lon=-73.823605 and relabeled as
CR2 (GIS says CR4, but the actual sign says CR2, so I guess CR2 would be preferred here). The pavement change is where NYSDOT-maintained NY418 ends and Warren County-maintained CR2 begins.
