This is for County Route 222.  Opened sometime between June '15 & Nov '16 per StreetView.

Also would recommend adding a point on AL-69 too @ CR-222, due to this new interchange.  Especially since the signage on I-65 has a mention to it, as 'TO North AL-69'.
