Just saw the push to attempt to fix this. Sadly, wasn't fixed.
While the shaping point problem was addressed fully, the other issue causing the broken concurrency wasn't, which was the "US136" location issue in IL-336's file I mentioned in my post above.
il.il110: *correct, & matches US-136's file*

il.il336: *incorrect*
US136 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.448155&lon=-90.738487
As you can see, the 'lat' in both don't match (while the 'lon' does). Because of this, there will still be a broken concurrency between the two routes here.
As it currently stands, IL-110 has the correct location, as it matches up properly with US-136's file. So, the only thing here is to fix the 'US136' location in IL-336's file to match what's in IL-110's file. Then the concurrency will be fully repaired.
