150 -> Probably should be centered on the overpass of West Military Drive instead of the current location. (US-65 also effected.)
NEW -> White River Rest Area. You're able to U-Turn here to go the opposite direction, thus a valid point that needs to be added. Between Exits 193 & 202 & will need to be added to US-63 too.

If I were drafting AR from scratch, I might do exit 150 the other way, but this is fine as-is. Classic "misbehaving parclo".

What to do about naming? WhiRivRA? WRRestArea? WhiRiv? I-40_U?
For those who've encountered this before, how did you handle it?
