NY: HutRivPkwy New Exit 2 at Bartow Ave

Winter 2023/24: New exit on HutRivPkwy
There will be a new exit ramp from the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway to Bartow Ave, which will be signed as Exit 2, according to the contract plans (sheets 321 and 322).  The ramp can be seen under construction in April 2023 GSV.

Q1: New Hutch exit 2 NB (Can anyone confirm?)

Went down there this morning, and I can confirm that the ramp is now open.

New point added as exit 2. The existing 2A & 2B point has been relabeled 2A.
This breaks 5708skiguy.list, though I've added an updates entry, so he'll get a notification in his userlog.
