PA/WV/VA: Point Requests

From my travels around/during the weekend of 8/17/2024, I'm requesting the following point additions - Please advise if added to queue or rejected

Pennsylvania:
PA829 - New point at Water View Lane near Mill Creek (40.44046865482562, -77.9447733480098) - U-turned here because of a non-moving train blocking the railroad crossing
PA655 - New point at West Main Street in Mapleton (40.39425781061138, -77.94333209479763) - Turned onto PA 655 here because of said U-turn above (and when I passed by the 829 intersection on US 22 about 15 minutes later, train was still there)
PA120 - New or shifted shaping point at Franek Lane in Allison Twp., Clinton County (41.17098034531378, -77.4821989674692) - U-Turned around here to "clinch" northern part of Allison Twp.
PA21 - New point at Main Street in Graysville (39.93133222877395, -80.38593075099523) - Turned off road here, is near existing MarRd point so may be too close to an existing point
PA56 - New point at Beutram Road near Pleasantville/Alum Bank (40.18279965937473, -78.61472671293065) - Turned off road here
PA729 - New or shifted shaping point at Church Street in Lumber City (40.928694795669315, -78.58476492126204) - U-Turned here

West Virginia:
US19 - New point at Commerce Drive near Morgantown (39.630742337505055, -79.98493571216446) - Turned here to get gas, is near I-79(152) so may create too short of a/pointless segment
WV9 - New point at Fairfax Street (CR 9/9) near Berkeley Springs (39.624074499081125, -78.20610266712802) - Quad States Road Meet itinny and a lot of us turned onto WV 9 here after the Fairfax Street bridge stop

Virginia:
US522 - New point at Reynolds Road (SR 694) near Reynolds Store (39.3834979410281, -78.299030107911) - Quad States Road Meet intinny and at least me turned onto US 522 here to head back to starting point or others to post-meet in Berkeley Springs

PA 829:  That is way too close to US 22 to be worthy of a point.  Just an unfortunate situation on your end.

PA 655:  Added in local files.

PA 120:  Not point-worthy, but I did add a point at the entrance to Peddie Memorial Park (PedMP) nearby.

PA 21:  Yeah, that is too close to MarRd.

PA 56:  This one is too close to PA 96 (really should be about 0.5 miles before I really should consider it).

PA 729:  Church St is too minor of a road hence why the nearby point is hidden.  Also this is still close to PA 969.

In the meantime, I added some closed points on I-70/I-76 west of PA Turnpike Exit 110 due to a couple minor realignments.

US-19: Yeah, that's sadly not really worth a point to be honest.  Especially since there's no street blades for it.  It's pretty much just a driveway for the Wes Mon Plaza.
However, I could add a point @ CR49 (N Dents Run Rd).  I have a corresponding point already on WV-100, and it looks like it could be a good shortcut there between the two routes.  It will not give you your full distance, but it's a point that others might need.

WV-9:  Goona assume taking a look at the US-522 bypass that's under-construction?  Sure, I can add this in, as I think I can clean up the WV-9 alignment some in that area.

Yes, that would be correct.  Myself, Duke87, and oscar were there too.  (Though I know that myself and oscar have WV 9 already clinched.)

I already have WV 9 (and MD 51) clinched from years ago too, so I didn't think much of it. Memorial Day weekend 2014, specifically - several of us went to hang out with the MDRoads crew for the weekend and we went to see the Paw Paw tunnel and then went to dinner in Cumberland.

I actually completed WV 9 and MD 51 on the way to Cumberland in February 2021 for a brief visit with the MDRoads crew back when the Cumberland Meet idea first came into place.  That was the same day I completed I-99 in PA.

I think I clinched VA 9 sometime in the 2017-2019 timeframe probably when I met my parents in Northern VA on a Saturday Afternoon.  WV 9 from I-81 to Charles Town was done in January 2016.
