KY ComMtnPkwy new interchange

Just west of *OldMtnPkwy_E is exit 68.
Also, should *OldMtnPkwy_E and *OldExit57 be removed for being within the footprints of current interchanges?

Could also add a new point right beside '*OldMtnPkwy_W' for KY-134.  No graph connection, but still, a worthwhile point.

Would also need to add a corresponding point to KY-134 as well.

Also, the 'US460' point needs a recentering, as that intersection was reconfigured back in late '10s.

Ew. Are we sure that's staying post-widening? https://mtnparkway.com/magoffin-county-west/ doesn't show it, and it makes sense that the new exit 68 replaces it.

There's also an old alignment east of 72 that could use a * point.

Looks like it 'could' be permanent, as it was a new install between '22 & '24,  but who knows.
