jeyc: Jersey C Roads

The system has 33 routes for 22 miles. It's in preview for more than 4 years now, and ready for review. I'll do the review in the coming weeks but anyone is welcome to report issues.

C96:
OSM has a different routing. GM does not indicate any number, I failed to find anything on 2010 GSV for either route. Please check.
Minimum add a wp for the junction.


C108:
OSM has a branch, nothing found on GSV for either route. Pleaes check.

OSM has a different routing (Chemin de la Brecquette) + a branch (Le Hurel). GM does not indicate any number, I failed to find anything on 2010 GSV for either route. Please check.
