usalvct: Mirage-Treasure Island tram is gone
« on: June 19, 2025, 10:05:10 pm »
With the closing last summer of the Mirage in Las Vegas, the tram connecting to Treasure Island is no more. The Mirage site is being completely redeveloped into the Hard Rock Las Vegas scheduled to open in a few years.

Only two casino trams left (along with the LV monorail)

Is the tram confirmed gone gone, or just closed for construction? If the latter, it should stay in.

The folks at Treasure Island seem to think it's gone for good.

I search for more info online and one source says "temporarily closed" while another says "indefinitely closed."

I guess we'll have to wait until 2027 when the Hard Rock Casino opens and see if the tram come back
