KS: Truck Routes in Frankfort

We are missing two short truck routes in Frankfort. A truck route for KS 9 follows Locust St south instead of turning on 2nd St, turns west on 1st St, and then turns north on Elm St to return to KS 9. A truck route for KS 99 runs concurrently with the eastern half of KS 9's truck route, ending at KS 99/Kansas Avenue. (A KS 99 truck route is signed eastbound for the entire length of the KS 9 truck route, but the first half of that should be signed "TO TRUCK KS 99.")
